1. Initial Photography

Our experienced, professional photographers use 360° camera technology to capture 3D images of your property.

2. 3D Image Stitching

The 360° photos and spatial data are blended together to create a dimensionally accurate 3D Tour.

3. Quality Check

We double check the functionality of the 3D Tour and apply any edits tailored to fit your unique needs.

4. Delivery

We deliver the link to your Client Portal by 6:00 PM the next business day. Note: We do have an option for Rush Delivery for $50 dollars to receive by Noon the next business day.

Matterport 3D Tour FAQs?

Some of the most common questions we get:

Do I need to be present for the shoot?

No, not unless you prefer to. If it’s your first shoot with us, we’d be more than happy to meet you on the site and get to know you better. Otherwise, we can access the home in one of these four ways:

Lockbox code
Door code or Garage code.
Supra eKey
Meet us onsite

What’s the difference between a Matterport tour and a 3D Tour?

These are two names for the same thing. Our 3D Tours are captured using the market-leading Matterport technology.

Can I schedule my shoot on a weekend?

Unfortunately, we do not work weekends and can only be booked Monday – Friday.

How can I make edits to my 3D tour?

The images inside a 3D Tour cannot be edited. However, information pins (mattertags) can be added to the 3D Tour to display information about the house in text, hyperlink, or video format.

Do I need to purchase 3D Matterport Tours if I want to buy Floor Plans?

Yes – we create the floor plans with the measurements from the Matterport 3D camera, so floor plans must be ordered as an add-on to a Matterport 3D Tour.

How do I retrieve the floor plans?

After the Matterport 3D Tour is finished, we will use the measurements taken during the tour to create floor plans with a 99% degree of accuracy. We will send the floor plans to you the same as we do with photos and videos – through your account dashboard. Click here to log in or create your free account.

How long can I keep my 3D Tour/Hosting 3D Tour

We will continue hosting your 3D Matterport Tour for 1 year after it is first created. After 1 year, its $50 dollars per year per 3D tour to host.

How do I use the 3D Tour on my listing?

Here’s how to add a 3D Tour to your listing:

1) Click here to log in to your account or create your free account if you do not yet have one

2) Click on “Listings” on the left-hand side menu and use the search box to locate the desired listing by address or MLS number, or scroll the list of properties

3) Click into the listing to edit

4) Locate 3D Tour section and click the pencil icon to edit/add your desired link

5) Click Save and you are done! Your tour will display on your listing within minutes!

Can you do a 3D tour outside?

No, Matterport 3D tours are intended exclusively for property interiors.
